I think he's upset cause he found out his mom was into BBC and now he's gonna have a mixed baby brother, move to a Jewish community, go to a catholic school that's 80% Hispanic and he can't handle it......well that's my guess. I'm here. I have now banned this guy 6 times under different names how ever hes always back within 10 minutes. I can only work so fast at keeping the trash posts at bay.

Unfortunately no. When moderators ban people it is only a User Name ban. However if we catch people creating new accounts on the same IP after a account on that IP has been banned we hand out harsh punishments.
