They are actually keeping their word on the whole NA transfer not costing anything and allowing you to have 1 account for both servers. So you are wrong about that.

OP: Of course it got solved. It had nothing to do with that thread, but more to do with the fact that it takes time to do anything. What likely happened is when they changed their account managment system, a hole for hackers was opened up and your account got jacked that way.

My op has a few more details as to what went down. I'm torn between what to do! I'm going to let my 2nd acc sub run out for sure, but 6months is a big waste and while I do dislike AV, its a shame to let that get in the way of an essentialy great game.

TO be fair, as much as I would like to think it was them just taking time, a new ticket which clearly outlined the 4 accounts I have paid for, the details used to pay them, and a threat to chargeback every single euro, well, that ticket got responded to, instantly.

And if it was hacked, nothing was taken. Not even the 400 ore in the back pack, and it was in the same place. I dont really care, I'm still playing but it wouldnt be fair to paint them rosy in this situation.

However, I'm still not allowed on the forums, and cannot get a reason why because when banned you cant read the messages from admins. Stupid system!

I'm pretty sure it stems from me working at a school and everything being behind a proxy that serves well over 30k people. I think for some reason that triggers their alert system. (did anybody else get access to the gm sections on the forum change over?)
