A newly redesigned website for Ryzom has been launched today. The new site is described to us as featuring a new design that is more suitable for Ryzom, new graphics, loads faster, is more readable, and well, just plain "more beautiful".

Excellent.  Hopefully this will help Ryzom get the attention of MMO players that it deserves.  Sometimes it's little things that can help a great deal.

I don't think it will. There seems to be almost no advertisement whatsoever for this game.

in 2006 this had everything in it to make it great but they for some reason thought they didnt need to advertize it...now its too late.

Honestly, I've never really cared about website design for the mmos I played.

Ryzom is a really good game. Next content patch we get high skill level content.

After that a few tweaks and the game is basically perfect.

Graphics are pretty good, you just need to adjust them in game configuration (found at the bottom of your screen). 

Ryzom is a Great game with the best community of all mmo's I have played since the 80's when they were text.   I try everyone that comes out looking good.   Ryzom never marketed much that I know of.  I just kept seeing it rated so high consistantly all the time.  Even today it ties Guild Wars and Warhammer.   Most  games with higher ratings havent even come out yet.   I havent played in a few years or so because I dont have time bouncing around the new ones since with lower ratings.   How is Ryzom doing?  Are the graphics any different at all since a few years ago?   They were good then but things have changed.    I know its not all about graphics Im just curious when new stuff comes out.   One thing for sure.  If anyone has problems running high graphics mmos and wants a mature very helpful, cool community, Ryzom is the way to go.
