Just as title says, Looking for MMO where PvP is casual, I can at any time log on join a BG or do some PvP and then just leave when im ready.

    Like Wow, just I dont wanna be super restricted by lvls 20-27,  30-37, etc...

 

NOT and FPSMMO either or FPS

Other than Guild Wars, I don't think one exists. Most require a dedication for the grind, open activity in the game's community or something similar. GW is the only one that offers a jump-in-and-play attitude of the PvP MMOs. Others require you to hone either your playing skills or your toon's skills.
