Yea, sweet...but the link page will not load, yet!?! Tried xing out  & just refreshing...no luck to get the page up.  Just the little green bar every so very slowly filling up..10 minutes & counting

 hmmm... 4 hours till I can play.. not to bad. I am wondering how far you can get in 15 days... Because if you can get a lot done than people who do Reviews for it will have some what credibility. So, I hope not a lot can be done, if so than you might get some bad reviews and people will believe them.

well, even the review from mmorpg.com themselves got pulled, so I guess you get bad reviews anyway hehe

Besides, if it would take months to do anything, then it would take months before you get any descent review, don't know if that is a good idea

Great!  I have been signing up for the various FE contests trying to win a free box... but this is about just as good.  Now I get to try it and actually find out if I want to purchase this game.

Anyone else experiencing issues with updating the client? I am constantly losing connection, application freezes. My internet is working fine, so it must be something wrong with the updater :(

very nice offer mmorpg, i was going to go and buy this game on tuesday anyway, but now i get to try it a little in advance :D hope all of the good hype on this game is real, am really looking forward to a new sandboxy mmo

If you go for this, see this post forums.fallenearth.com/fallenearth/showthread.php for a DL mirror. It's not super fast, only getting around 1 meg here, but still faster than the patcher.

This is sweet, I just hope that I can use this with my open beta account and pick up where I left off. If not, I at least know how to enjoy the game, even with its steep learning curve. WOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO =^^=

Is there any time limit till the key is usable? I took one but wont use it for now.

Neat, now I can see how well my comp is up to par for the job of runnin some of the newer games.

p.s. If you're not going to play it, don't be a jackass and take a beta key from someone who WOULD.

i got meself a key last night and ran the 500mb download overnight when i went to bed, got up befor to get the patcher going and its not letting me use the key i got, says its invalid? :S

nvm i had editted the first letter of the code by accident when copied it into word QQ

What i noticed was once i had downloaded about 7000, of the 47000 files the patcher did the same thing to me.

What i did was stop the patcher and relaunch the game...it installed all the files i had already downloaded, then it restarted the patcher where i left off and the speed was much better.
