Be honest. Would a player named jhhkjhh, gladiator who kills 1 mob, sits, kills 1 mob, sits, bumps all objects, ignores all communication make it to L19 in any other MMO? This guy did not even try to hide. Look at his name. He was reported by me and several friends over week ago and he continues to operate. This is just inexcusable. Bots not only are totally infesting the game, they are taunting everyone. If his name was 'I am an asian bot...fk-you' be any worse?

There was a bot, with the usual "rtgdg" name, stuck in Mohindel Swamp, right outside of the Altgard castle gate. He had 3 mobs hitting him. As he was level 25 and the mobs were lvl 17, they did no damage to him, he was standing there for hours just getting hit by mobs. I've reported him and so did other people. Eventually I leveled up and move on to the next zone but he was still there when I left.

Makes you wonder what sort of support staff they have for this game, zero? Because I would think even one or two people could clear all the bots reported in the game right now fairly quickly if thats all they did.

on my server thier alot of Bots and spam bots. it seems that ncsoft don't care at all.

well yeh its funny how people can abuse the asian style MMOS with bots all over.and the CSR sucks so bad dont even talk about that part. |

This was a big problem for a long time in Lineage II as well and despite a lot of outcry by the community it didn't seem that much was done to combat the problem. I've seen it happen in other MMO's as well. I suppose there's a certain level of this that just seems to come with a game but it will hopefully not be ignored the way it was in L2.

Well, hopefully NCSoft will eventually do something to combat the bots. They did silence the gold spamming for a sec, so maybe they can a better way to combat them. If they set in silence like they did with L2, they might loose even more people. MMO's should know now that we MMO players are a fickle bunch, if you ignore us for long enough, we will leave. |
