I read something about this site today. Looking at Sep30 2008-Sep 30 2009, debt has risen 1.885 trillion That is the deficit for the year. I haven't heard that number. Or is that the wrong dates to check?

You know when a leftest runs out of ideas...it is when they pull out the racist card.

The Fed paid off $396 billion in debt also.  It's on one of the .pdf reports you can look up regarding the debt.

 

Anyhow, in the news we hear like 1.4 trillion, well add about 400 billion to that and you get about 1.8 trillion like you saw.
