I actually like Aion, even though it does not bring many new things to the fantasy genre

BUT

I was really amazed when trying to make a petition about a quest. Firstly the petition system allows all of 10 characters in the title.. Imagine the very saying description you can make with 10 characters. Secondly, when you finish writing out your petition, and submit it.. the message you are prompted with will tell you, that they do NOT have support hours outside normal work hours...

Excuse me.. how many people play within school and work hours? - What are these people thinking!

This is fail.. totally!

I haven't have to make a petition yet, tho, I understand u'r frustration there...

I guess that's one of the flaws the staff from NC Soft has... A shame that such a great game has to be dragged through the mud cuz of these things happening.

I don't know what category you put your petition under but mine got "serviced" in 1 to 3 hours depending on congestion.

I " serviced because the ingame petition system is still in beta. Right now if you want to actually get an answer you have to go through PlayNC website.

yeah the petition system is crap, you cannot even write one from the hours 10pm-7am. not at all, can't even leave a damn message for when some one is actually there. the petition system and the auto report feature for bots is a joke, why would they limit you to how many scum bag bots you're allowed to report? the first time i wrote a petition was to report one of those phishing sites some idiot was spamming. i got an auot response 3 days later and it told me to go to the ncsoft site and report it there instead. i went to the exact link from the response and i didn't even see where i was suppose to write it at.
