It appears that the closed beta for Realtime Worlds' APB is underway, according to reports over at Eurogamer and Kotaku. A number of applicants have apparently received their invites, and are reporting that test days are currently Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 7-11PM with the first hour of testing focused solely on the game's "Social District."

If you've not applied for the APB beta, you can still do so here.

Good to see someone actually make use of the beta process as a tool for game completion by focusing on different aspects. They should have changed the first hour though, if it's just social many people may not login to participate.

i do hope apb interrupt beta gameplay every 1hour to get views of player, one reason these closed or open beta exist is to get feedback from player and if one player doesnt answer apb question each hour simple just block him or her

check aion now they ask those question

what the heck ,how come aion didnt shower us with question every hour for all closed and open beta

true it make for lot of reading but once that is done in closed beta in open beta you can question about other stuff once a day ,no question from cxompany means they dont really give f?&%$ about their own game or their futur player

Revenge is best served cold, bullets are best served hot.

I agree, too many MMOs are selling out their betas and using them more as advertising to get hype, rather than using it as a vital tool to root out bugs, game mechanic problems and the like.

Fallen Earth is an example of a game that succeeded because the GMs were there with the players at all times, actually listening to their player's feedback, another common problem these days....

I'm getting off topic though, all I'm saying is, I truly hope this game doesn't flop, it's got a lot of potential in a very unexplored niche. Congrats to all the players who go it, make the game gold!

Ganking? Me!? That's absurd!! I leave THAT to the lawyers!

Is it over yet...

Fallen Earths devs were pretty damned awesome. You actually got to know each person by name :) Good memories!

Really looking forward to seeing how this game develops long term.

I am really looking forward to this title. I hope that they get a lot of killer feedback and squish them bugs that inevitably rear their ugly heads. Man I wish I was testing. I signed up as soon as the offered the chance to. This is a must have title if they do what they have set out to do with this game. I cannot wait until open beta!

Yes, that was really one thing that impressed me during FE's alpha and beta.

When www met dot , they then stumbled upon Secret Society , wich happened to be a Guild , wich in turn told dot about the net .

Who is John Galt?

The info requested from their site is a bit ... odd for a beta questionnaire. I'll pass.
