Daffid, you and a few others need to get off all this "promise" semantics shit. If I say, "hey, if you come to work for me , and Ill pay you 14 bucks an hour"...then come payday tell you...."hahaha pwnt, I never PROMISED" ...youre still gonna be pissed right?
The op never used the word promised.That came in after you guys got a link to a blizz rep stating that their plans were one per xpack. Then suddenly it was like a 2nd grade playground argument......

They said something.They went back on it.....Again.I have all night here...want more examples of things they indicated were coming, then didnt deliver? iI played WoW from launch day. Played for 3 years. Personally, I like blizzard as a company, and am GRATEFUL to WoW for what they did for the genre, making it mainstream and all. That said....they aren't , or at least shouldnt be, immune to following through on what they say.
Anyone else care to discuss the "no honor wipe with wotlk" episode that no one seemed to notice me post earlier? Wanna bet they didnt "promise" on that one either?
Wow(blizz) is not infallable, nor are they the antichrist...they are just some devs at a company, sop stop glorifying/crucifying them.

In a lot of cases this pisses customers off, now I've seen you both in other forums bringing the slightest issue to light, to knock on a dev team or company. Now is this a double standard or what? Seriously????!?!? After the debacle that happened with Deathknights you honestly WANT another???

I'm only kidding, I mean no insult or w/e but honestly... deathknights I personally thought was an absolutely HORRIBLE idea, only because they were so god-damn OP. I highly doubt that blizzard will make another hero class that ISN'T OP.

Also, I'm not glorifying or crusifying blizzard. I am just debunking the misinformation that some people are spreading. I have no problem discussing blizzards failures as well as their successes, but I will not twist comments into something they are not just to do nerd rage.

What part of the wiki that clearly shows quotes from the blizzard development team talking about housing were you unable to understand? It seem every time you fail to comprehend simple statements you resort to calling everyone else a liar. Do you seriously have that much trouble clicking a link and reading a post?

They promised hero classes were "coming soon" when the game launched, so why is anyone surprised? And given the issues with balancing DKs, it's understandable they don't just cram new classes into every expansion. Personally I'm looking forward to the old zones getting an overhaul. |

Anything posted by a CM on the blizzard site is rarely official (unless stickied and stated otherwise), like Neth said is was a plan of theirs and as blizzard has said many many times, plans do change. Blizzard has never promised anything ever, and taking any statement they say as a promise is your fault not blizzards. Unless Blizzard actually says they promise to do something, you should never expect it to happen ever.
They say here why they decided to go with new races intstead of classes, nothing in too indepth but they give the reason.

This is exactly what I mean, you simply cannot or intentionally pretend not to comprehend what is written once you get called out. I made clear statements about you calling BLIZZARD a liar. Here and Here Don't pretend to not understand what I said. Blizz can mislead all it wants too with "we would like" or "we intend" and as long as it wasnt written in blood somewhere the wow faithful will not only defend, they will also explain to all of us how hero classes, player housing and guild halls were never promised. plans change regardless of promises. for example i promise to take my son fishing in few months but boss calls for business trip that week. have to break promise or get fired. of course i would keep job and change fishing plans. blizz planned to make heroes but plans changed when they realized DK was alot work alone. |

Blizzard has always been a company that if they do not like something no matter what they said or promised it will not release. I have to respect them for that. Maybe they tried to make a new class, but when they looked at what they had they did not like it. |

Blizzard has to my knowledge never officially stated that there would be a hero class with each expansion. Which is just as well considering how they messed up the death knight class. It started out being a blast to play. After months and months of nerfing, I can't see the point any more.
