I don't think this is going to be the best ever, that is a really big statement, but I do hope this game is going to be great! It has been a really really long time since I have played a great MMO. I have beta-tested soo many games, FTP, and PTP, and nothing seems to really catch my attention. I think the idea that Bioware is basing a lot of the game on story, will be a nice change. The fact that your actions during one quest can affect the development of your character I think is a truly unique and great idea. Most MMOs seem to lose touch with story, and most of the time you have no interest in the story eventually, you just want to complete the goal. So you accept the quest without reading the majority of it, and skip to the bottom to see what the actual tasks are so you can get them done asap and move on to the next one. Anyways I do hope this game is great! |

I'll believe it when I see it (that goes for TSW too). Brad McQuaid and Richard Garriott have proven that regardless of ones history in making games, there is still every chance to mess it up. And I ain't gunna hold my breath for that long. |

Bioware has yet to let me down, so I am sure that this game will be amazing.... Funcom however, I'm more nervous about, but even still I am very much looking forward to The Secret World. It may be horrible, but it certainly has the potential to be a great game. |

"Best" is too subjective. Personally, I think it could be the "best" mmo, but that would really depend on what I was looking for at the time. |
