Can I download a newer version for my Dell motherboardthing in the same way I can download a newer version of my Gforce 7600 graphics card? 1 more thing. My game is lagging, bad, is their anything can do to make it run faster besides lowering gfx settings. Like tweaking stuff on my Nividea control panel?

Yes there is.  Turn off all the Anti-Aliasing, Anistrophic Filtering, and V-Sync on the video card options.  You can turn these on within the game and get better performance.  Also you can update the drivers on your motherboard by doing a BIOS flash from the DELL website.  However, its not recommended to flash BIOS if you are not technically Savvy.
