Let's pertend i had God's patience, would i still be able to play the game and have fun even though there is a bot problem?

I have fun.  just the first couple of seconds having to block bots and then type /anon and no problems for me.  might be a prob later with economy though.

Yeah, it is, just has the inconvenience of blocking all spammers when you login and bots farming around, but you can still play and have fun if you enjoy the game.

In enemy territory bots are even something good to earn Abyss Points as they don't react in PvP, and don't run. They just keep doing whatever they are.

The bots farming mobs are overexagerated, theres like 5-10 per zone, the zone are huge.

The chat spammers? yea their bad. it takes about thirty seconds out of everyday to right click and block them though.  Lot of work I know :)

That is untrue. There are more than 5-10 bots per zone. When you block the spammers there will be more.

You can block all you want but an hour later you will get more from random generated names like Ygadjhfgaxxx.

Maybe Azphel is different, but i only spend the first couple mins of gameplay blocking the 2-3 gold spammers and im set for the rest of my gameplay time, 1-3 hours usually.  I maybe get 1-2 whispers.  I dont even bother going anon, it just doesnt bother me much.  As for bots, maybe ive encountered them, maybe maybe not, not sure i would be able to identify them if i did.  they dont join the elite quest and grinding groups and im generally solo the rest of the time.  I doubt they are in the abyss to much.

I have fun, thats all i can say.  gold spam, ive dealt with it in every game, its impossible to get rid of.  But you have to play what you want to play.

This is my experience on Triniel. I block 3-5 in and I'm done. If I go to another area then I might have to do it again.

Of course you can still have fun. I do the same thing I do in every MMO, block the gold spammers and report the bots. The bots aren't so out of control that they affect gameplay, although some trolls may want you to think that way. In fact, leveling to 40 I've probably only ever seen 3 of them, and the 3 that I saw were not affecting how I played at all.

Out of my 6 hours of playtime most nights i only have to block 8-10 gold spammers a night some nights only 5-6 spammers.

As far as bots go yes i have spotted them but it's not so rampart on my server (Lumiel) where i can get mobs to complete a quest.

So fun can be had without going nuts on your block list.

the bot problem is pretty small. Just block the spammers and you'll be alright. Be prepaired for a grind from hell but a great game none the less.
