Well

right now I'm stuck with a pretty craptastic computer..regular pci slot only no AGP so an nvidia 6200 is abou the max...I was thinking since i'm a past 60 year old player maybe Final Fantasy XI might be ok....

Good social and guilds with some mature players would be great..any ideas..I know that LOTR runs rough so I hope some thing else might be something to stick with..I'm disabled so at home a lot!

Thanks all

Tom

Ye i think ff would be a great game to play if you have alot of time, you could also check out games like asheron's call and Anarchy online.

Look at 2d games like Dofus, GalaXseeds, Maple Story.

Tom,

Google "Old Timers Guild". I was in their guild in loTRO during the Beta and it's for folks that are...older:) They have chapters in many games and it'd be nice for you to find folks to play with in many different games.

Also Tom, I upgraded my PC a really cheap way. I bought a Dell Optilpex GX 280 on Ebay . It can be had now for $150-200. I put in a new video card and another gig of RAM and play LoTRO in Very High settings at 60 fps wild/30 fps city. It's a very good older PC. It only cost me $300 total. It was the cheapest way I could find to run LOTRO better.

Good luck and keep on gaming:) It sure beats watching TV every night:)
