Incidentally, there are many long-time vets of the MMO genre, some going back to MUDs and earlier - here as well.. Guess what? They have opinions too. Coming to a forum and talking down the efforts of someone who's looking to put something out to the community so people have a more informed opinion - no matter how "qualified" you deem yourself to be - is rude, arrogant and, frankly, unnecessary. You've had your say, you've shared your second-hand point-of-view... So... how about you let everyone else think for themselves and make their own decisions, okay? Go be happy with your elite guild of super-qualified MMO gamers and enjoy whatever MMO you've deemed "worthy" of your oh-so-sophisticated tastes. Thanks.
Mike, Mike... as usual, i agree 100%.... but again, you *almost* fell prey to a troll.... :D Darkpony has put him into his place already :) Marvellous retort :D DB Denial makes one look a lot dumber than he/she actually is. |

I played this in CB and enjoyed the heck out of it.. a couple buddies also got in and enjoyed it. They didnt like crafting so often but you can craft while afk or even not logged on. So that wasnt an issue to me, they are not into crafting like I am. We didnt go with this game since Champions online game out just before and we are not so happy at CO. So may be seeing all the old buddies again there soon. If you dont mind crafting some for the bullets, and want guild based and territory based pvp then this game is for you. The first zone is pretty much learning and pve. but once you get into to sector two keep an eye out for opposing faction and dont be a smuck like me and ride your hog into a opposition controlled town by mistake. Towing fees can add up to get your bike back. or used to at least.

Great videos. I really enjoy this game, i bought FE and Champions Online about the same time, CO is already cancelled ;).
And geez, Qraye what a douchebag! Go play your freaking elite MMO (most probably WoW) or whatever it is your guild is actually playing and gtfo here.
Oh as for sub numbers, the irony is, there are actually TOO MANY players for a single server if you ask me. In fact i'd say it is GROWING by the looks of it. I play european prime time on this usa server and the game is packed. |

I watched yoru vids over the weekend and they are very well done. They clearly demonstrate what the game is about at low levle, and got me interested. I look forward to any future installments you may add. |

Good job! The fact that u made those videos show u really enjoy the game and i think its a good way of bringing new people to the game or helping them choose to play or not. Keep up the stellar effort, your work is appreciated. |

Have to Agree with Mike. People play for different reasons, They all have opinions. Been playing since the muds from the 80's too. Noticed how forums have become more and more a vehicle to vent ones personal frustrations and just being angry in general. Gets to be nothing more than personal attacks towards other players rather than constructive comments regarding the game. Seems years ago the games where played by those who were mature enought to own a pc. Now every little kid has one. This post is intentionally written not to make any sense what so ever. Thank You Very Much. |

Its the first game in 6 years that has given me faith for the MMO genre. Its really delivered on so many levels and has avoided the pitfall of the big release grinders. High FPS on max settings, one massive world with no loading screens or fast travel, vehicles at the start and free aiming in combat backed up with a huge crafting system. Top it off with one global server and a mature player base you get an MMO that has ticked so many boxes on my wishlist, which I never thought would happen. If you like sci-fi and real open playability then just buy the game. Its that good. |

1. You are full of shit. (And if you're not, your "guild" must be pretty worthless if they allow an ass such as yourself to speak on their behalf. Plus if your "guild" has all this money, it most likely means you engage in item and gold sales... way to go.) 2. FE devs have stated repeatedly that they would be happy (and extremely profitable) to have 50k subs. Not to mention that, like a previous poster said, the game isn't out of it's first month, so it's not possible to be "loosing subs". 3. Your spelling is piss poor (and you repeatedly use "your" in place of "you're") Thrice you fail, sir, so do everyone a favor and take a long walk off of a short pier. My words are likely wasted however, as you seem to have realized your folly, and abandoned this thread.
That being said, thanks for the vids, OP. While I am already playing this fine game, they were still enjoyable to watch. |

There are two secrets to success in life. (1) - Never reveal everything you know. |
Add my vote to the "this is the most amazing MMO I've ever played" category. And screw the dude living in his parents basement that is a member of an "uber guild" that earns "six times more money than the average person" - this guy is SCREAMING "I'm a 16 year old douche trying to seem important online." If your main source of income and/or entertainment in life is being a member of an uber-MMO guild well... um... more power to you, I guess.
Give it a try. You won't be disappointed. There are two secrets to success in life. (1) - Never reveal everything you know. |

Yeah this has nothing really in common with FO3. FO3 has a specific art style that isn't even close to FE. The only things, IMO, that are even remotely comparable are being FPS/TPS toggleable and the post-apoc era (which is radically different in the two). Nothing else. Hell even soloing, which is how I play FE, is better in this MMO than in FO3 single player. Just my 3 cents..

Don't let yourself get discouraged by some of the useless (thread-stealing) comments. Your videos actually give people a decent view on what Fallen Earth is all about. Although I don't play the game myself, I respect the people that play it and have fun with the game. For an independent developer they actually produced something nice. At least so it seems in the videos. Yes it has it's flaws, but even Aion (which I currently enjoy), has them. And Fallen Earth is actually one of the only games in it's MMO sub-genre. Which makes me think, is there any other MMO like this? It's going to be a huge advantage point for the developers, just like in EVE Online.

I totally agree, my comparison with Atari Pong is obviously a light hearted exaggeration , of course Fallout 3 is a great game. But to put things in perspective, I completed Fallout 3 ( Pretty much ) in about a week but I've been playing Fallen Earth since release day and hav'nt even scratched the surface yet. Yeah the two games have a similar setting , but dont anybody be mistaken the games are miles apart in almost every other way. And yeah even if your play style is solo , Fallen Earth is still miles ahead in content and sheer immersion into the game world . :) |

Sweet videos :) Can't wait to try it out myself :) Sick of being broke in Second Life and Entropia Universe ? You could get paid in any RCE game by completing surveys and offers, click here to register. |

Thanks for these videos, they really have piqued my interest in the game. Unfortunately, I'm a little strapped for cash at the moment otherwise I'd go buy it today. Here's to hoping for a free trial soon! |

Thank you very much for the videos. They were well done and entertaining. I was completely unsure about this game until I saw your videos. I've gone from having an interest in the game to having it in my "Must Buy" column. |

at first i was a little turned off by the graphics but graphics a good game does not make. aftering flying through champions online and feeling a little bit unsatisfied, i was hoping that fallen earth would have a bit more substance. it does, and i'm glad i started it. it might be that new game high but the game is different from any mmo i've played and i've played many. i especially like the crafting in the game. being able to make any and everything i need instead of being pigeonholed into one or 2 crafts is a welcomed change. only lvl 9 now, but i honestly don't even care to level up that fast. i'd actually like to level up other things before i move up to the other sections of the game. |
