Lag? I thought the game was lag-free. That was supposed to be a big plus for the game.

General question:

I have never joined an MMO with a guild. Wouldn't the wise thing be to choose a server at launch, so you can scout around to find one suitable?

there are lag spikes every now and again (only like three in the 12 hours I have played)
I joined a guild a couple weeks before the release of Aion and everyone has gotten in fine (56 members)

Let's be honest, anyone who preordered Aion had ample opportunity to see reports of Aion from overseas, see aion in betas in NA and read plenty of reviews.

Maybe some people pre ordered beleiving the hype and realized they didn t like it? Maybe they didn t have time to play much? I can see it, luckily I saw all i needed to see during CB to cancel ahead of release.

That's a blog site I threw up to get back at Valve Software aka Steam Powered to make them refund me for this fail game, without 1hour of that website being complete and email them calling them assholes for ignoring my ticket and not giving me a refund - pow! I got an email saying refund had been grated and then another one saying "Why"

The foolish people have left it open for ANYONE who bought using the Steam Platform by Valve Software to get a refund.

If you're having a problem with those people over at #Aion feel free to post a message on the Blog and I'll email you - respond with your story and I'll post it as a propper post on the website and then link them to that! It's on the front page of google for a fair few keywords ;)

If that does not work then contact your bank for a Card Chargeback, they wouldnt do it for me for some reason - something to do with theres no proof i didnt receive the game or it wasnt fit for purpose etc, annoying because it's my money not theirs! That's pants Lloyds TSB for you though!

The games a total load of crap anyway now, SPAM SPAM SPAM in general chat constantly with gold farmers, spoils the game 110%! Fail!

 This is a MAJOR problem in the game.   In the 21/2- 3 days I had it on my system, I had blocked a little over 50 different random letter generated gold spamming names.  That wasn't including the ingame mail and /tells.

I canceled after cb3 by calling my cc company and disputing the charges, gave the csr the link to the posts by devs saying you can choose to pvp or pve and showed how that's not possible without pvprape pk'ers.  got my cash back in a heartbeat.

I pre-purchased off Steam.  Played several of the beta weekends, cancelled right before open beta, by emailing them and asking for a refund.  Got the refund, Aion vanished from my Steam list.  Except...

NCsoft *still* shows my account as active, still have access to the CE items, still on my free month.  Not that it mattered, thought the game was garbage after only a few days.
