When I logged in today I noticed that my account was banned. I don't know why but I never ordered any outside services. I hate the gold/service spammers ingame and would never order any of them also because its a waste of money and you never know if you like a new game still after a month....

So is this just a way of threating custommers cause I preordered the game legally at Dixons (Netherlands), bought the game and upgraded it with the CE at the official site. Or is there gone something wrong and got more people banned without doing anything wrong cause I had a level 31 SM on it and i realy liked that class (played it up from the preorder time till now)??

Just curious, did you mail gear and/or kinah to an alt starting out in the lowbie zone?

Im curious to see just how much people will put up  with.  Q's, botting, gold spamming and now mass bans. Unbelievable.

Chances are, they must have traced some gold transfer from your char to another at some point.  (unless you connect via a proxy)  Perhaps you bought an item off of a player store?  That gold could have come from RMT.  In which case, you have unknowingly connected yourself to an incoming BAN!

Nop I was just leveling my SM and sarted a Sorc 1 day ago but never mailed between them. I only used the Preorder codes and the CE on them.

That I did a lot with my SM, but it would be crazy if the bann people using the item stores of players...

What NCsoft probably did was indiscriminately ban players that had any connection to accounts that were legitimately banned for RMT.  If any gold at any time (including non-liquid gold in the form of items) was found in connection with your account.  I.e. Player stores.  that is probably why you were banned.

I blame player stores hehe.  Botters aren't stupid, they try to make it really difficult to trace their RMT actions by transferring gold through many many accounts.  That is why its so difficult to catch them.  In the end, innocent people are going to get banned.

I dont actually play this game lol, but does it have an Action house too?  Or is it all Player stores?

Meh, its hard to say.  EVE is 6 years old, and from time to time, you get a massive surge of SPAM in Rookie channel.  I'm really sure a ton of RMT is happening too.

Honestly, you can really only battle this case by case and hope to at least quell the SPAM by observing and banning these accounts each day. 

NC SHOULD hire some guy to just surf the channels and do that lol.  Hire somebody from China for 2 Euros an hour~ easy!

And ofcourse NCsoft isn't reachable.....Why they bann people on a friday??? Now they aren't rachable for the next 2 days and I play most of the time in the weekend since I don't have mucht time on normal days...

How did you pay for the subscription? My play NC master account was recently banned after I bought a time card online. It turns out that the company I bought the card from gamersloot had allready sold the card once before to another player. My account was eventually restored but I had to buy another time card and go through alot of aggravation to get it back.

Do a petition to NCsoft as soon as possible.  You'll get your account back~

In the meantime, hang out in Amsterdam or take the rail to Germany and mack on some hot Germans.. I would totally do that

The things you can do are ...call them via phone.Find out if anyone logged into your account via a different IP address.I am going on a whim,but if you are truthful about your activities,i would bet it is possible,your account was used by RMT.That would mean.someone where you bought the game had access to your game code,or perhaps your game was an illegal copy.Find out where your store got the copies from they are selling and if anyone else got bans from copies sold at that same store.I say this ,because i am pretty sure i heard there was a lot of illegal copies sold.

If none of that is the case,then NCSOFT is just a low rate developer that does not know how to properly handle RMT.I ran into something similar playing MTGO,i sold cards to a RMT who sent me game tickets bought with a stolen credit card.Right away they tried to tie me into an organized crime ring ..lmao.I basically told them to FO and call the police if they think i am involved.I called them up and really ripped them a new one for being such morons.

Only two ways to trace RMT .You trace all Kina transactions,if there is kina received for nothing or nothing of reasonable value,your busted.Transactions amongst your own players could never be considered RMT,unless any of your players makes further transactions selling the KINA.With game logs it really is a VERY easy system,there should NEVER be one false ban,it is that easy.

Where the transaction area becomes gray,is when friends try to help friends.I know it seems like something that should never be a problem,but think about it,you are still busting the design of the game.The game is not designed to have players given currency from others,it just ruins everything from the AH to the design and value of goods in the game.You would be hurting legit players ,who are playing the game properly the way it is designed,if you do not protect those players,then the game is a fail.

lol when are you people going to realize that Aion is a PoS game?  Just quit and move on.  Only way to get their attention is to mass strike.  Man that would be epic, for a game to have World of Warcraft scale success and then lose it all in less than a month.  Just quit, I promise you'll feel much better about it.  I do.

There is a phone number called them...a legion member was banned for using a parents credit card number...all they did was call and it was taken careof.  Call and get your answers.  Bans happen is every mmo.  Most MMOs have gold sellers...there are hardly any queues now...quit the crying  and play an MMO.
