got banned and i have no idea why, during the week ive played like 16 hours per day, getting 1 character to 29 and 1 to 26, the only thing i can think of is that ive been sending kinah through the mailsystem between the 2, oh and ive been buying cheap stuff at the ah to extract and resell. got the ban today sometime when i was at work, when i got home i couldnt log in... why the fuck am i banned ? no email nothing |

They have replied my request in a day. Don't know how long it will take yours to straighten out. Request was in beta on an unrelated issue though (GG). |

Call them.
Emailing almost never works. Calling requires someone to speak with you right away, while an email gets forwarded 10 times, yet always ignored. |

yeah im gonna try and call em but seems they dont open til monday.... jesus h christ yeah i fkin know everyone isnt guilty and cry/moan but i know what i did and didnt do, i just want this resolved so i can go back playing wich im sure it will be but waiting til monday isnt alot of fun, i just hope that SOMEONE related to ncsoft sees all the forum threads and starts investigating what went wrong, my friends GF was also banned for no reason, they play on the same computer and HE ISNT BANNED.. ncsoft seem to fail harder by the day |

just got unbanned, so if you are caught in this mess send in a ticket and ride out the massive queue and ull be back in game, also the first tickets sent SEEMS to have been lost as everyone that only sent one right away before we where told so have gotten no answer still now i have to grind to catch up with my buddies, laters |
