I noticed on the games list that this browser mmorpg is not there. While im waiting on my new video card I decided to try out some mmorpg browser clients. Never in all my time of MMOs have I thought a browser game that  would be good enough for me to like. So as someone who has played many MMorpgs, stuck with some, let go..of others..

This has to be the best  MMORPG browser game I have played to date! So I thought I would link this for you guys, if you want to try it out.

That's a GUI MUD.

Actually it isnt. as you are free to move anywhere. Its actually has alot of adventure quest features, but the depth of runescape. Pretty involved game. Pvp is good as well.

Dead Frontier is better.

Has a very cool old school diy indie feel to it... Ambience reminded me a lot of 90s chatrooms. Could get into it if you could play it in your mobile, then again UI wouldnt work at all. Its alright but really i dont see myself playing this, was kinda slow in my comp although i couldnt tell if it was actually lag or just had trouble loading. Thanks for the suggestion man, it was fun checking it out-

This game should be listed here. Its really good. So if you guys do not mind keeping it bumped so maybe a mod will notice it.

Im not trying to advertise. I just think this game deserves a slot here.

I tried it and it's fun.. It's a game for people who like building your character. The number of skills is impresive and I liked the way we are learning those. I will play it from time to time =]

I didn't play any other web-based mmos so i can't compare it.

AS3 is a fully object oriented programming language (like Java, C++, or C#) and not so much as frame by frame script like AS2 and AS1 were. A whole game can be made out of 1 single frame.

Flash is one of the best inventions the internet has ever had. People have not fully embraced Adobe Air yet and when they do, it's going to change alot of things. I'm a big fan of Flash & Air.

Cross platform languages are going to be the future, C++ will always have it's place. But Java and Flash are gaining ground fast. Flash may be a bit more visual oriented, but it still has the ability and speed to do some complex internal tasks. Flash has been so much cleaner than Java Web Apps since it was created, that's why I like Flash the most. But, I have alot of respect for Java as well.

I've actually started thinking about changing my minor from Math to Art or getting a double minor in Math & Art, just so I can be a better flash creator.

free realm is way better and its still a browser game

Nodiatis is alright.  Not better than Haven & Hearth or Puzzle Pirates, but it's alright.  I dug the way they were unapologetically systems-heavy, and also how they had crits for everything (including XP and Gold.)

But inevitably it's a really grindy game without a lot of variation, and my character quickly grew boring to play.
