:O I think I just fell in love with this game after watching this video. ALL I've seen from videos/screens are desertic open areas, I didn't know there was big buildings to visit and explore like that cinema in the video.

Is that a "common" feature in Fallen Earth? I mean, is it common to walk around, discover a destroyed building, and being able to enter, explore it, and find that level of detail and ambientation inside of it? That kind of stuff would definetly convince me to give Fallen Earth a try :)

Thats isent even the icing of a cake as you can explore the entire grand canyon plus that vid is showing min graphic settings, in max setting it looks far better with the shadowing and lighting and textureing. also the golf club is fun lol

Yes. Although, they are not everywhere on the map, to be fair...

glad you liked it! theres actually quite a few of these buildings but they are mostly common in sector 2, so it will take a week or 2 of playing before you leave the first sector

Nice video. :) However, I sort of wish the AI could notice that someone fired a shotgun off in the same room and killed their buddy. ;)

I have a feeling that sort of thing will be fixed in time.. at the moment, its not perfect but tis very playable so its not a priority. but as far as i can tell all they'd ahve to do was jack up the mobs perception, and they will hear the shot

Yeah, so far, the only thing that dissappoints me at times is the AI. Also, those graphic settings were terrible. Then again youtube videos have terrible quality usually.

Head shots don't kill in this game?

No, because the game still uses an RPG dice roll system to calculate damage. So while it does have FPS aspects, it still follows most RPG rules.

However, headshots have a crit modifier added to them, so a successful headshot can do a lot of damage.

MMOs require more reasoning and imagination than most stereotypically ''adult'' activities.

Yeah, a lvl 10 taking on lvl 2s with a sniper rifle would get 1 shot kills :P

If those were the same level as he was, it would take a few more shots. Downside the sniper rifles is the negative mod on your melee defense, which allows a melee NPC/Player to effectively beat the snot out of you.
