There was a trial.  The game was found guilty of sucking and has been sentenced to server mergers.

I use skooma so that I can work harder and longer and make more money so I can buy more skooma. I don't see a problem.

Still is a trial. And the trial came several months after the server mergers

In fact trials on the official website seem to be back up  register.ageofconan.com/trial/
