Agree for once with xplay which is rare for me. Its nice and polished but more of the same only less of it.

You missed the part where he said one who seeks out each quest to complete will not have to grind endless mobs.... Like most people who have their mind set about an item they never review whats being said.

This game will end up just like Failhammer. All reviews of major MMO titles are paid or terribly biased anyways (see WAR, AoC, TR...).

I've lost all respect for Xplay and Adam Sessler when they named Fable 2 game of the year last year lol. 

4/5 is not a bad score (nether was the 7 Eurogamer gave) but I never like xplay review just like eurogamer,

Game Informer gave it a decent review (unrated but positive). I am guessing they will review it soon now that it is fully released. They are the only magazine that has used terms such as "terrible controls" and "unbelievable waste of money" for some of the crap console games that come out and they seem to be a fair publication. I await their review of this game.

But yes, many sites are paid to give positive reviews so it is hard to say how fair any review is.

Sorry to inform you but you're completely wrong. It's already too late for Aion to be like WAR and AoC because the game has already been out for a year where it has over 150 servers. Aion is doing great, get over it.

Sorry to inform you but you're completely wrong. It's already too late for Aion to be like WAR and AoC because the game has already been out for a year where it has over 150 servers. Aion is doing great, get over it.

true it's doing great in Korea, they are well known for their taste in MMORPG gaming, and as for China well, they don't even have Woltk to compare it too... (small dig, couldn't resist)

but yes Aion is far better than WAR, AoC combined even with EQ2 and what the hell Vanguard thrown in...  I mean Aion, is a far better MMORPG than we have seen in recent years, the fact that a Korean game with a western makeover (translation etc) has achieved such a wide and popular release should give anyone hope.

lets face it, EA and SOE are hardly the pioneers of quality gaming.... (except free realms, kids love that)

Nope, we are on Ariel. Sounds like you got forumed. If you applied on the site guardiansofariel.guildlaunch.com you might be one of the applications i've recieved from people who dont have characters on the server >< ... theres a few. For some reason the forums some times misplace things randomly...

 ugh I can't stand xplay's review's. In Aion's case it's pretty fair, but when I heard they gave WAR a 5/5 or something I lost all faith in them.

I don't base my gaming on reviews. I try it and if it's fun i stick with it...simple.  What players say about a game is more important also but with limits,  What some people hate I may like. 

Aion can be a kick ass game if you have the right mind set and get involved with the community around you.

Loving it so far.
