Let me just point out. the game is great nothing wrong with it. i dont get a crap about the queues or the gold sellers but seriously...when many players cant connect into the game and asking for help on the forums at least get a Mod or GM to tell us something that is going on....its been hours and hours and still not even a notice. great game.....shit support

Gotta remember they are being overrun with question complaints bot reports obviously their response is going to be slower.

Their activity on the forums is pathetic.  Those forums in general are pathetic.  They're clunky, topics don't bump when it receives new posts, stickies are underused and ones available go unnoticed by most because it doesn't stand out, no responses from gms/mods, no edit feature, etc.

They should have kept the skin from beta.  Those forums while not as "pretty" to look at functionned properly and it was a lot easier to find information on them.  Generally, the changes they made to the web site are really nice and an improvement but that forum skin they went to is the pits.
