Downloading this now, I loved Neocron1, it was my first love, havent found anything as fun since and have been spending my hours/years ganking pods in Eve. Is this game SIMILAR to Neocron? herb...herb is a plant |

SO glad you posted. You came to right place muchacho. Considering the fact that Neocron was my first true love and the other fact, I'm playing this game too. I can break it down for you letter by letter.
K, let's look at Neocron first.

Not sure if I can surpass the usefulness of the first reply, but.. I loved Neocron, in spite of all its bugs. What FE has and Neocron had: - postapocalyptic - realtime fight/shooter - huge area to roam - factions - mounts - even better: craftable :D - deep crafting, driving player economy (in the future, it is too soon to have one yet). So, yes, this kept me hooked real bad. Spent most of my weekend travelling, fighting raiders in Old Kingman :D DB Denial makes one look a lot dumber than he/she actually is. |

Hey man,
I used to play Neocron as well, and I really loved that game's setting and FPS style. I decided to buy Fallen Earth after sitting on the fence for a while...and let me just say, it is amazing.
I'm actually shocked at how good it really is. Totally similar to Neocron in certain ways (P.A. setting, FPS style Combat, etc.) but better. It's like if Neocron and Pineapple Express had a baby, that's FE. You'll love it 8) |
