So I purchase the game on the D2D $5 sale and start playing last week. It comes with 30 days of free play time with the purchase, as most MMOs do. Last night they took 14.99 off my card for a subscription. Should I contact my bank about having the payment refunded, or try with the Age of Conan support first?

Just to make sure I am not wrong, If I have 30 days of free time, that should be I don't get billed until after those 30 days right?

I just want friends!

I would contact Funcom support first and see what they say. Yeah you should get 30 days for the $5 and not billed until then. In your account does it say when the next billing cycle is?

Yeah it has the next bill date being 30 days from 2 days ago when they billed me. Doesn't make sense really..

Then I think you got a case. Hopefully there wasn't any fine print somewhere saying 14.99 was to be withdrawn before 30 days. Let us know how it turns out.
