Wow those spell animations are something else.
it actually looks like a game is playing to the laws of physics and reality instead of bending objects to the target. I feel bad that the team didn't stay together and make this L3... If they had this would have been out a lot sooner. Ya this game looks really good so far .The animations are not the usual Korean speed fest, but i did notice the usual over sized sword, the spear/javelin is cool. This might just be the best looking game to ever come out of Korea, wish i knew who was the actual developer of the game. Ok did a little homework,it is Bluehole studio. That name instantly rang a bell,i am almost certain this is the developer who purchased a license for the UE3 engine and had an unnamed MMO in the works.Seems the lead guy is the guy who created L2. I think this game has a lot of potential. It gives me hope if FFXIV does not pan out for me. I believe this was the code named S1 project ,found the link,i am positive this is using the UE3 engine. pc.ign.com/articles/862/862481p1.html

It seems that the timing, distance, and direction are all three required criteria that need to be inline to damage a monster. Basically you won’t hit the monster. Due to the emphasis on AOE and ranged attacks, broad managed movement and huge weapons are used in the game. |
