I'm a breath away from buying this game but first I have a some of questions.

1- I noticed when I tried to buy the game the 50 US dollar price makes the exact conversion to 35 euros when i try to buy the game. I was used to paying that VAT thing (paying more) or whatever. Is it true that Europeans are paying the same as Americans for this game?Is this for real?I don't want any surprises.

2- Any Advice were to buy the digital download? The main website or direct2drive? Who gives faster download of the game? Not interested in Steam.

3- Are there waiting queues to enter the game? Only one game server right?Americans and Europeans.

4- Can I use paypall to pay the monthly subscription?

5- I noticed the game's currency is poker chips. Is there a casino in game? :)

1. Yes.

2. Just get it from their own homepage, it works well but takes about 10 hours to download. You get a free quad if you do, not very useful early on but you will love it later.

3. No queues, but some areas of the gameworld becomes rather laggy at US prime time due to the number of people there. Gameworld is over 1000 square km so once you get out of the start zone (which itself is larger than most modern MMOs) things are better.

4. No idea

5. Haven't seen any so far.

1. No VAT it's an entirely United States company and they don't pay foreign taxes.

2, Use the main site I'd say. Neither is going to be much faster, it's a big download.

3. No queues

4. Yes.

5. Not that I'm aware of but others will be better able to answer.

1. Dont know about the Vat thing.

2. I got my copy from Direct2Drive, for the horse. As just starting in the game ATV can be hard to keep gassed ect. My download of the 4gb took like 45 mins on D2D.

3. No queues, Yes Everyones on same serve, seems to be a good eu pop also along with us.

4. unsure I use credit card

5. Dont think so but sounds cool

Only been playing 3-4 days now and love the feel and how away from the normal mmo this game is. its a breath of fresh air.

I'm almost positive I saw a paypal option on the subscription screen.

I'd say take the plunge. I bought it and have speant maybe 3 hours in it so far. Love it.

I bought and downloaded mine at D2D and it only took 2 hours through them. They also did not charge me any tax. The game is great so far but if you are more into the easy wow style games you see now  a days then dont bother. To be honest the gameplay style reminded me a lot of Everquest back in 1999 when you had to work so hard to try and craft yourself a set of banded armor, yes it was crapy but you were dam happy to have it. I am likeing the feeling of having to work towards what I want in this game it makes what you do get all the more important.
