3 things:

1-Google is your friend.
2- There's a special section for Flyff in the forum.
3-The official game (Flyff) has a forum which offers players to share their builds.....I'd suggest you look into this.

BLADE class is a hard hitting class, try not to work on your stamina TOO much, but make sure you have a lot of DEX, DEX is very important as well as STR but make sure you have more DEX compared to STR, and STA kinda lags behind, so for every 4 points in DEX and STR give 1 to STA (if necessary (necessary meaning your having difficulty surviving attacks from the current mob) plus you could find an FS assist/RM to spam heal you ^_^
