I mean, I can't think of a single instance of a non-Force user killing a Jedi outside of the novels and comics.

The other point being if Jedi are the most powerful class, then they are the only class. You want to play a game of nothing but Jedi? Sounds kind of boring.

An FPS is different. I want everyone to be the same in a shooter, means we're all equal and may the best shooter win. That's not me, I kinda suck, but man did I play the heck out of some Battlefield. I musta got killed a bazillion times. Then I got right back up, shot someone in the back and went Woot! I got you ya bastard! and then I got shot, and then I got shot again, and then I got shot some more.

Dude i did not have a problem with what i read. Even as a suggestion it is a bad one, and you know it. what needs to stop is people not responding in a proper manner to these types of post and killing it with in the first 3 post.
As for Darksunrise whateva their name is. You should know better as well then to try to comment on anyone's play style. I represent the make or break majority of mmo players which is the casual gamer. Once any MMO looses the casual gamers it is a good at dead because the all so "elite hardcore gamers" are not enough to keep most (i am not saying all) MMO's afloat. What the hell man, what suggestion? This thread is a retaliation towards people that think Jedi should or will be over powered. The OP was explaining that Jedi have fallen to other people that are not a Jedi. Then Ihmotepp followed up with saying that if Jedi was all powerful then that's the only class there would be, because other professions wouldn't compare to something that is over all a better choice. Eh, I just don't get what more you want him to post about it. He wasn't basing his arguements on just those few videos. I really wouldn't expect him to post a whole list of Jedi deaths to random people. If you feel motivated enough go for it. Hell, get MMORPG to sticky it. People are stuck in the notion that Jedi and Sith are all powerful. I always assumed it was because they had a mysterious connection to something. Where as your typical Bounty Hunter is some one that excels in marksmanship, nothing mystical about that, but just as deadly. Me:You're surrounded by darkspawn corpses, what happened here? |

Jedi Clone Republic Academy!.... mmm, Jedi as a class, mmm, how about Jedi with class?, lol, I mean two sides warring together: Jedi vrs Sith (check), various classes or subclasses or whatever being a Jedi crafter, Sith fisherman, Jedi sailor, Sith dollmaker... xD (like Aion) thus killing the IP... =P , all the other nonjedi would be NPCs, itll be a MM+MNPCORPG!!! How about Wiimote Sword handling!, the game would be PvP, you will choose the skills to use from a skill pool that you have leveled and the Force use would use charge meters that get exhausted with use and charged thru time that u havent got hitted by ur enemy! Hey I´ll be Master Vator!!! |

If you provide certain classes with an evasion tactic or promote more grouping (OMFG! NO HE DIDN'T SAY GROUP! It's an MMORPG, YES, the idea is to play with a group of people) within guilds the balance isn't all that necessary. However, I prefer balanced classes.
