Because at the end of the day, basically, everyone is just playing with dolls.

5/5 It's one of my favorite love story movie. Very touching that the guy show his love for the girl even if it's hard to make videos of everydays life just for the girl to watch every morning for her to emember that she has already a husband and a daughter. .Now her life move on from the tragedy.

It was cool to see Elijah Wood grow some balls at the end, when he owned his coke-head ex-roomie, upon returning the the U.S.  rofl!

Will Smith

The Pursuit of Happyness

They played the version of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" that is at the end of 50 First Dates at a friend's funeral.  That song is brutal, really brutal.

As far as Pursuit of Happyness.  2/5.  Only movies of his I like are Independence Day and I Am Legend.  He has what I call the "Kevin Costner Syndrome," i.e. he plays Will Smith playing Will Smith in every movie he's in.  I hope that makes sense.

3/5 for Willow. It was okay, but dwarves or little people in movies freak me out for the most part.

This is a sequence of characters intended to produce some profound mental effect, but it has failed.

For "the Rock" I give a 3/5 simply because some of it is just to much of a stretch.  Good popcorn movie though.

Here is one of my faves - it's from Sweden...but it's still really good.  Very touching.

Man Facing Southeast - I rented this just so I could watch it.   Not often you see a foreign made sci-fi flick in the states.   3.5/5

Yellow - This movie kinda hits home for me and others like me.   ::sigh::

People probably haven't seen that one. I had never heard of it before, but that's the idea of the thread. :)

By rating (or leaving) movies you've seen it may interest someone to go check it out if someone is aware of it. I know now that it's known that Yellow is actually about poledancers, you'll probably get some of the guys who usually read this to check it out.

I don't remember if someone said this one already but it was the funniest sleeper movie I'd seen in a while for a comedy:

Idiocracy.

(the gags about "lattes" and Starbucks are priceless. I'm surprised they didn't sue them)

The City of Lost Children

Its dark, steampunk and has Ron Perlmen in it, and that is all you need to know.
