So, how is Aion's end game? Heck, how is the game period. I am currently a wow player - extremely casual. I have a buddy who thinks this game looks super good graphics-wise but, does it have staying power in the end game? Major differences between WoW and Aion? I'm hoping to get some answers from people who have some end game experience - if you want to hate on the game - do that somewhere else please... |

I play on the Taiwan server, only level22. As far as I know Aion's endgame dungeon is lacking. But that's not a problem since not much people is even level50, and the next patch 1.5 they adding new dungeons, raids, and quests for level50 armor and weapon. |

oh wow, so the leveling is very slow going? That is a very unlike wow setup. I figured there are many wow vs aion topics but, getting an up to date opinion is helpful - like I said, one of my gaming buddies is looking at this one as a good prospect - he's not a mmo gamer but, enjoyed CoV - didn't enjoy wow... so figured Aion maybe a good one to break him in on....
so far it sounds like if wow and eq had a baby it would be aion heh. |

Yes, leveling in Aion is a slow process (which is a good thing for some of us, makes it feel like we achieved something). If you're extremely casual I'm guessing you're the kind of player who plays for about an hour a day...then the leveling will be slooooowwwwww. Endgame-wise being that Aion is a Korean MMO and Asians tend to do PvP a lot in there games most of teh endgame, at the moment, is mostly PvP based though there are some end game dungeons. There are changes coming though when it comes to implementing the dungeons to the game for the more PvE essentric player. "If at first you don't succeed, excessive force is probably the answer."

Not many players can answer the op as most are no where near the end-game :D After lvl 25 the game becomes more PVP focused than WoW so wait a month or so to get the truth in what people who have no idea post. |
