I heard that this Plastic surgery mode will be added so u can remake your character? When will this be possible?

It's already in it but you just cannot use it right now, I tried yesterday. You can create a new appearance but if you click to change to it, it says you need a 'plastic surgery ticket'. And you cant find this ticket in the game yet.

According to what I read those tickets are likely to be sold as RMT on ncstore website one of those days. We still do not know when and for how much. Maybe they could also be a reward from some events to come.

The Daeva of Life transformation is in the Main cities. IM not sure how to get the key that works them however

Yeah it's its in the game but you will need a plastic surgery ticket which you need to buy with actual cash... and it is not in the game yet.
