Hi,

i recencly got burned on MMorpg, (and all other game as well that include shooter,

strategy,etc.)

i might ask because i am beginning tired of cloning facility game and same race

/class

/ almost shitty world, i dont know if it me , but i remember the time back in 1995, i

was not so tired even if some game sucked, hell, we have some choices good lord!

even single player game was fun!!

This

days it seems every mmorpg that come out got bashed by : This suck! i return to World

of Warcraft! i think i know why because people comeback, because the industry of

video

game (especially mmorpg) suck monkey ball! Sorry about my frustration, but i am getting

very tired of this.. So, what people play these days (except WoW)?

Play: Dragon Age, World of Warcraft
Played and tried: EQ, EQ2,WOW,Eve,all f2p mmo,archlord,entropia,second life,lotro,war.
Waiting on : Swtor.

WoW.

It's the most open ended, sandbox, class free action packed game ever designed. In a game where the economy and auction prices are decided on fights to the death using only paper, I honestly don't see any reason to play anything else...

At the current moment I think Eve online or Darkfall are your best choices... Although I don't enjoy Eve because I think the combat is about as exciting as drinking alone in the dark while listening to Jpop and messing around with microsoft office.

Wow, that kind of sounds fun. I'd prefer OpenOffice, but pivot tables are pretty cool.

Aion, EVE, Fallen Earth, Darkfall. There are more popular games in Korea and Japan.

I play LotRO for the pve, story, etc.  Once in a while, if a I get a pvp bug, I log into Guild Wars.

I use skooma so that I can work harder and longer and make more money so I can buy more skooma. I don't see a problem.

Not playing anything, waiting for D3 and Borderlands.  Killing time on forums and playing sp games such as Mass Effect and Saint's Row 2.  Nothing on the MMO front interests me other than JGE and APB (and somewhat TOR, although...not as much as the other games), so stubbornly waiting around for those titles.  If they don't satisfy me then I guess I'll just buy a Wii or something and write off this entire genre for the time being.

I'm currently playing Ryzom and CO, but I'm beginning to neglect CO more. It's not holding my interest as long as I thought it would.

Current: Ryzom, DFO
Played: WoW, CoV, SWG, EVE, LotRO, AoC, VG, CO
Tried: Lineage2, Dofus, WAR, EQ2, CoS, FE
Future: Mortal Online, Earthrise, APB

My attention is mostly on Mount and Blade right now. And I am also looking forward to Boarderlands when it releases.

Gothic 3. Much better experience than the solo focused MMOs i had played before. Will get back to MMOs if i find some that is solo unfriendly.

Rubies of Eventide, Dofus, WoW, Guild Wars, Warhammer Online, Anarchy Online

Playing fallen earth, still have a sub for CO but waiting for more content before I play it again, and I keep my AoC atm because I belong to a really good guild there.

The multiplayer beta of Mount and Blade and one of the Mount and Blade mods: Sword of Damocles.

I also enjoy X3: Terran Conflict with some mods...

GTA 4 multiplayer over hamachi with some friends from time to time...

Some f2p games without any subcription analog, such as Drift City and Ace Online.

Some independent games in development such as Armada Online and recently released diablo-esque Fate: The Traitors Soul.

Finished Batman Arkham Asylum a few weeks ago, very awesome game, just far to short. And I mean really short and that's me a gamer with very little game to enjoy my hobby saying this.

GTA4 of&on.

Currently into Red Faction Guerrilla, really enjoying the game and love the destruction and it's animations/graphics, and yes I am lucky as the game runs smooth even though I read many really MANY complaints about the game.

In beta was thinking about getting Aion and I still might, just not sure when, still a few games on my wish list but all are none MMORPG's.

Also plenty of games still not finished.

Im not playing any MMO atm. Mostly becouse all currently released titles are themeparks made for 12 year olds. Cant play that and im bored with the only mature game out there; EVE.

So im waiting for the only game that seems to be sandbox, mature and very polished..... Earthrise!

The Masthead devs are also listening to us, the players. You gotta love that.
