I'm in a 15 minute queue for Siel... ....so I'm having a gin tonic and folding laundry. That way I don't have to stop playing early to do it. Its a damn good gin tonic. |

Played several times over the weekend. Had a 17 minute queue one time (Sunday 3PM EST) and no queue any other. Actually, I spent that 17 minutes also doing laundry. |

I'm not playing Aion, I simply decided it wasn't for me, but I hope they can get their queue issue in order before they start losing players. If it's not really a common occurrence, it shouldn't be that big of a deal, but if there's commonly a queue, it could dissuade customers from logging in and then eventually canceling. Hopefully they realize this though. :) //|//|// |

Aion is gonna have some fat drunk players! Muahahaahahah. --- I remember having to queue for Darkfall. Drove me nuts. Would get off work early to play and would still be queued after work would normally end. Hope it's worth it for y'all. |

You disconnected, that's all it would be. Or you were afk in the character login screen too long but it would notify you for that. Blame your ISP because I've never dc'd in a queue. |

I'm now leaning towards buying this game. I have perhaps one last question. Are the queues in NA as bad as EU? (poor bunch, it must have been a long weekend. I hope they had other subs to kill time to) |

The queue is only around from about 5-6pm EST to midnight. The queue is at it's peak around 9-10pm. If you are flexible you can pick a low population server with no queue's and they are adding a few new servers right now. It's a good time to buy and jump on one of the new servers. |

East Coast servers are worse than West Coast. Some servers have little to no queue. If you want to be on an uber popular server you will pay for it in queue time. The only difference between the two coasts servers is the time the biggest playerbase is online, and what time in-game events will occur. The servers are all physically in the same data center, and the in game clock sets itself to your system time. NA servers were all as bad as EU queues last week. Now they have improved to under 1 hour. Most hit a max of 15 minutes during busy times of day. |

Helpful Hint: If you're in queue and go do something else, turn up your speaker volume. when you're in the last minute of the queue, there is an audible alarm. This works even if you're alt-tabbed doing something else. |
