Hi,

Just recently a group of players have decided to stream Entropia as they play it.  So essentially for any new comers it will give you an insight as to what players do ingame.  It won't give FULL complete fealing however, as obviously you're not actually controlling it with your own avatar - but it is very fun to watch... even for an old time player like me.

Obviously these people aren't always online 24/7 so some of them may not be available at time.  But right now, there are 8 live streams.

P.S obviously because its streaming the quality wont be that good and also the particular person's gfx settings may be lower to suit their systems liking.

I didnt start my initial post in a way to promote Entropia, i didnt say anything to encourage you to come TROLL on this thread... I merely posted a link of a site which streams entropia as i find it unqiue way of showing people about the game.  So don't come trolling here.

And if some people knew how to play the game properly they wouldnt complain about losing.  i assume you were one of those people, shooting stagnently at a wall?  Its not like any other game where you just get a weapon and shoot... there are economical aspects to consider and mob/geography to also think about even before you start to hunt.

Why did they even make the CE2 update for real?

Are you making that much of a fuss over less than a cent?  Before i used to just be sarcastic, but now i'm actually quite concerned for you.  Did you have an education as a child? There are courses you can take, to get a decent job now a days.  Being unemployed is a bad thing.  I know it may feel good sitting at home doing nothing, living off wellfare but you should seriously consider getting a job.

Thats how i know you're an unemployed bum, i've come across them ingame sometimes.  "Oh yah i'm unemployed! I saw this game thought i can make money from it and become rich"... lol.  If you're going to discuss things on forums with this level of intellect i think you should seriously not participate.

Anyway, that stuff about mod fap selling for 30k, thats what happens in real life too.  When you buy some items, it gains value after long period of time.  The fact he made profit on it was luck.... he didnt know when he bought it for 1300 ped that it would be 300k after.

Also Pham case is bad example.  After a few years of play, just coz he didnt know how to profit anymore he left the game xD Talk about weak!  People who only play the game for the money shouldnt play the game... thats what Pham was doing.   A few people still make money of the game.. Like BlackHawk, i know him as a friend in EU and i also visit him on RL events.  He earns about $1k-3k a month.  I have seen the withdraws and deposits on his pc.  Fluske is another who plays the game for free - though i dont know him personally, but im sure he does well ingame like pham did.

All these people played when pham used to play.  They adapted their technique as the game adapted.  Just like in real life, things never stay the same forever.  Pham didnt have the brain to rethink new tactic and so he kept losing peds, which is when he decided to quit.

And now?  After VU10 has implemented he now posts on forum again xD.... why? he quit ages ago, why is he coming back to post on EF after all this time?

I downloaded the new update but wasn't too impressed with the new graphics. It looks too real. The coloring on everything blends into each other and its really hard to see anything. I tried to go out mining and couldn't find my marker for about 30 minutes. And I was standing on top of it the entire time.

It also looks like the "official" forums have relaxed some of the insta-banning because many more people these days are complaining about things in the game. I wasn't really a high roller aka heavy depositor but I can't see putting anything more into the game. Its just too clunky now.

I'm trying not to promote the game until all the systems are correctly working, including the free activities...

Kinda pointless at the moment.

Lawl pham never lost you crack head he just did not make as much as he used to.
He posted on EF for ages not from VU 10 (there is fuction on EF ‘search’ use it if you can).

For the profit part VVV is the one that profit the most from the game!

And i'm quite certain your just a player ingame (noob) that just read past post about pham... and now pretends he knows him lol  Who's the funny one now.  He even said on forum, made several posts before saying that MA changed the way loot system worked and that they are hungry for money because he'd been losing peds compared to before.  Don't try make out you are an old time player just becasue you read 1 or 2 posts on Entropia forum lol.

 And another thing.  He quit the game a long time ago after which we didnt hear from him on forum anymore - which is natural.... now VU10 is on why is he making posts on EF again? He doesnt even play the game anymore and he comes back posting lol.  If you dont care about game and think its worthless why come back to forum after years of no activity on forum and start making posts again... lol I sence abit of regret ;D.

A couple of things you dont know:

Helena didnt lose 14k peds all on lag.  The only reason why she lost that much is because of sga she wanted to hunt all the big stuff and spent 100% more time on hunting.  I know some people who have taken holiday off work just so that they can hunt more hours during sga.  Only reason why helena lost that much, is coz she wasnt careful while hunting and because she was hunting much more than usual.  If it was a normal day, you wouldnt see complaint from her because she wouldnt spend that much in first place.

The main reason why some people are losing now, is because theyre are not concentrating on eco or anything like that - its just pure hunting what loots uber items. All other aims are null and void.  People just want to loot items, and thats it.

I don't know why MindArk or FPC didn't think of a live stream first though. It might be something that would actually boost player numbers. Give them a little taste of the game that simple text based advertisements and word of mouth won't necessarily work with.

But anyhoo, good to see the powers that be rolling out VU 10.1 sooner rather then later.

this game is dying.. and ubers know it very well.. all they can do now is to lure new players into the game so their investments wont be ruined... even the nea's place is on sell like many other LA...

the thing they propably changed was the thing that joejeff and i think pham was one of em who found several longu spawn spots ingame that always were global size and grinded alot of peds from em... coz i remember that in some point joejeff spammed the global chat with longu young-provider globals.. and that was ridicilous coz when i went to try those out it took maybe 2k kills to get a first global on em... and jeff got 5 within a 5min

and pham always were ridicilously "lucky" in this game from the start... by not doing really anything and getting 20ks all the time
