JEsus. I got banned yesterday without any REASONs and WARININGs. I did not abuse the games but I got banned?!

so I contacted them about my account banned and they respond with only one sentence, "Your account is closed for suspicious behavior and will not be reactivated"

WHAT? I played this game only for 3 days and purely logged in to lvl up for an hour something per day and logged out when I feel enough for a day. Thats what I did for 3days after it launched and now they are saying bakc above sentence to me and now I got more confused of it. NO HACK NO AUTO-MOUSE STUFF I NEVER USED THEM.

and you know what> they banned my whole account owing GW, LINEAGE 2, AION. They stealed up all my money I purchaed ranging around 200$, what a robber NCSOFT is?!

Anyway, I asked them more details for suspicious behavior they said. And now they even started to ignore my e-mail requestion. JESUS WHAT A?

I played 3 monthes in Aion Korean server and they had very good GMs and qualified customer services, OPPOSITELY, AION NA GMs are SERIOUSLY suck. Maybe Asian GMs are much more acceptable and kinder? I WILL GET BACK TO ASIAN AION, I DECIDED IT.

(FOR EXAMPLE, if the user seems to do something strange or abusing, GM in KOREAN Server always get closer to the character who is reported to check if the user is really abusing the game, sometimes GM try to talk with reported user to check he uses Auto-mouse, macroing something.  However, NA NCSOFT GMs just ban the user as reported, do not even carefully check in game and warn.)

Truely. THEY DO NOT GIVE EVEN A SERIOUS WARNING FOR USER, BUT JUST BAN THE USER, AND FINALLY SUCCESSFULLY STEALED THE USER'S MONEY.
 

Kinda funny that the only post so far by you is just saying you got banned.  For all we know you did do something and deserved to be banned.

Like I said that's for all we know.  You might of been banned for no reason(I highly doubt this), but with no proof, I can only think your just saying something random to make people hate Ncsoft/Aion.

Did you buy/sell kinah?

If this has happened to a lot of people, there would be a lot of outcry. As there isn't, I can only assume this is a specific case.

When you say they are ignoring you, have they replied at all? Because I certainly could understand if they haven't what with trying to sort out servers, and generally keep the game running.

Also, you say you were banned - does it specifically say that? Where does it say that?

If I doing something bad that even bans my account as well as its all owned games ranging around $200, Why  dont they even give me a short warning by emailing or in-game message? It does not make sense.

And I really did not do anything bad. just kill the monsters on the field and logged out. idk. I think they do not even check what i have done but bans only reported user.

 I dont even know why I got reported though.(and they did not mentioned I am reported as they responded)

I was studying-and-playing, meaning that I was reading a book while my char killing a monster, when my char killed a monster, I cilicked another monster and read the book while my char attacking that monster, repeatly, but it is not a hack or abusing, u know?

maybe this kinda action looks something bad? then why dont they even give a warning?

Well, firstly, it's their game, they can run it however they want. If you break the rules, then you get punished. Throwing down money shouldn't EVER be any kind of safety-net, otherwise what is to the stop the gold-sellers from doing the same?

Secondly, do you mean to say that you were killing mobs a lot lower than you, purely using auto-attack? Because if I came across someone doing that, my first reaction would be 'yep, gold farmer', and I would report you. Then NCSoft would check the combat logs, see that you were indeed farming, and ban you. Not that you were, but then it's your word against theirs, and they have the power.

NCsoft has 0 tolerance for anyone they suspect as a farmer/bot. While doing this hunting were you KSing other players? That would make you look like a bot for sure if you were, and probably led to someoen reporting you.

If you honestly know you weren't doing something you shouldn't have been, then keep emailing, or better call them over the phone about it, and explain you haven't done anything wrong and ask for your accounts to be reactivated.

I call shenanigans. Master Account bans only occur with egregious offenses.  If they banned your entire account and all games then you did something wrong.

the mobs I was killing is lv 1~8 mobs in poeta.

anyway, it is still stupid that they did not even warn me but bans me. If they asked me, I would immediately reponse back in the game.

When I was in Korean server, GMs usually try to talk to me to figure out I am abusing or not. But NA GMs are just banning the user as they receive reports, without specific checking. And try to ignore the banned user after. that's what I am saying it sucks.

They should even warn the person before permanent ban, I think, it is more rational.

You must have been up to some serious stuff to get your entire NCsoft account banned.  Gold selling/buying?  Obvious hacking/botting?
 

Even with "No tolerance" that people mentioned, they will still look into things. Otherwise people would report others to get them banned just because they want to get people banned for nothing.  Why don't you tell us what you were doing?  Were you macroing/Botting? For extended periods of time? And you weren't at your computer? That's what it looks like. Since you were...you know...reading a book....20 miles away at a friends right?

Considering the number of bots I have seen that are in game and have yet to be banned, Im going to go ahead and say you are full of it. They dont just randomly ban, they arent picking on you, you were doing something wrong, you know what it is, and now you are paying the price for it.

I take that back, looks like the big botting guild on my server got banned today as well... so looks like you got popped in the sweep with the rest, again... odds are you were doing something fishy.

I'm still missing something. Oh, and kudos that you take your studies somewhat seriously as that is a good thing.

However, in my experience just clicking on a mob without any skills will get you killed in no time. they just take a bit too much out of your character. Unless they were many levels below you. I'm pretty sure this is correct. and will test it out now just so I can be certain that it is indeed true.

Reason I say they sucks is that They did not warn me by message or email something, but just ban the user as reported. As u look carefully the example provided on my first post, Korean GMs were much more kinder and know how to identify abusing users CAREFULLY. As NA GMs compared to it, I say they suck.

I did not use macro, or hack, anything that abuses the game.

I have a idea. If your WHOLE account was banned(every game and all) give us your account information. If you truely did get your entire account banned then obviously you giving us that information wouldn't hurt you in any way shape or form. If you can still access your account and have certain information in there that you don't want people to have you can easily change it.

I'm pretty sure that if your entire account was banned then you shouldn't even be able to access it and get your account has been banned type of error when you do try to log in. This line is just a assumption, since I've never been total account banned. So I really wouldn't know.

Yeah, just got into the game (no lines imagine that) and tested it out. You pretty much would have to die a bit. My thought is that A, you are legit and went around just hitting mobs with no skills, died and it looked like a bot so someone reported you. Or, you did use a g 15 keyboard or something and that looked like a bot and someone reported you.

Not going to call you a liar but at the same time it does look suspicious that would single out a player for "just playing the game".

Also, NC was never one to explain to their customers why they banned them. They didn't do it in L2 and I gather that they won't do it here either.

So not sure where that leaves you.

In 10 years (this month) of MMO gaming I have never been banned from any MMO.  And I have played many.  Im sure you deserved it.
