Direct2Drive is celebrating their fifth anniversary this year, and in order to celebrate the occassion, they have launched a $5 game promotion for many of their games. As part of this promotion, several of the site's MMOG offerings are now also available for five bucks including: Age of Conan, EVE Online, and Planetside.

Thanks for the heads up, this will give me an excuse to try out AOC, $5, can't beat that
However, the GBs and GBs of files to download might turn me off too haha... I Reject your Reality and Substitute it with My Own! |

Its not just MMOs either, Bioshock and NWN2 are also for only 5 bucks. Check out what they have, all those games that you haven't had a chance to try cause of the price may just be affordable now. |

FYI: you don't need to spend money to try out AOC...they have a free trial. Having said that, paying $5 for a game that gives you 30-days free play time ($15 value) can't really hurt. I'd still try the trial first though. This sentence is false. |

Its to bad that most of them are country locked. If your not in the states you cant get them. |
