Aion: The Tower of Eternity is now live! For those of you who pre-ordered, today is probably business as usual. I imagine that is many of you, given Aion's stellar pre-order sales leading up to launch.

I ordered online from a UK store last friday, so i'm hoping it lands on my door step tomorrow, but i got a funny feeling it won't arrive untill Friday :( If it doesn't arrive Friday then all hell will break loose :) |

i wasn't able to participate in the headstart...i had to wait for retail box key, even thought i paid in full august 8th!...got it this morning and am loving it! I thought about building you a boat to survive the river of tears I'm crying for you, but the world's smallest violins just aren't a reliable source of lumber, and that cross you're nailing yourself to seems bouyant enough anyways. |

I'm sure this is pure crazy talk here, but... any chance of seeing a free trial soon? I missed out on any chance to see this before it went live, but I'm still interested to give it a shot. |

The server I play on doesn't have any queue times. Though I haven't tried getting on today yet. My highest level character got to 13 during head start. I could've gotten him higher, but I have a friend that I didn't want to get too far ahead of. He doesn't get to play very often during the week.

I am playing now, but as of sunday i could only create toons on 1 server.... It's a great game. I'm glad that I waited for over 2 years and it didn't disappoint me. The graphics are amazing and the game play is pretty much like other MMO so you don't have to learn how to play. To the guy who's asking for free trial... Well, I don't think you will see a free trial any time soon since it just came out. I thought they will include a free trial code in the game box because my friends was asking me about it but no, no free trial code. So you'll have to wait... |

Darkfall still doesn't have trials. Why would Aion have? Now, seriously, trials are just a marketing plot for when the sales numbers are getting stagnant. |

Yeah, you won't see free trials the first month or three. Like AoC gave those free trial numbers, but the system "didn't work" for the first what, 4 months? |

AION is a blast to play. The que is frustrating though but has gotten a little bit better. It is worse in peek hours when everyone is home from work or school. Would be nice if NCSoft would add some more servers ......RP servers too! (hint hint)

Yeah, if its live you couldn't tell by me. Well, more serioulsy, so far I've not had a lot of luck getting past the queues during prime time, but when they clear it seems to be working well. Maybe this weekend I'll get some playing time.

Head Start was great even though I couldnt get on that much and only got to lvl 8. The game is fun and is worth it. However I plan on getting The Old Republic when it comes, this is gonna be my past time |

But is true I have seen stats for some servers to say about 3 h. Try loging into Zikel at 6pm EST... your queue would be around 2.5 to 3 hours I was in a 2 hour and 20 minute queue today... Zikel isn't my main server, thank god.... Vaizel is and It doesn't have a queue, least I never had one

Game has surpassed my expectations, fun, adictive, fast paced, very good graphics and run very fluidly on my computer .... But if somebody have 1 to 2 hours time to play at evening but only queue is double of this .... then there is nothing to add. Will never buy a car that I will be unable to drive. And it is their fault, nothing else matter. Inacceptable. |
