wow is better

I think for a WoW kid, this is a pretty good review!

wow in its state today is a better game yes.

but you have to look at how long it has been out, how many content patches, how many expansions, etc, etc.

i played at launch, got a hunter to 60 and rank 14 and then sold my account and have never gone back to the game. it lost its luster and even with the raised level caps and new expansions it just isnt my cup of tea anymore.

is aion a decent game? yes i think so, maybe a little grindy but at lvl 25 i am enjoying it and with getting into pvp it made it even better.

was wow a better game at its release? no. server crashes all the time. i remember getting free game time because of how long it was down for. bugs, glitches, etc, etc.     but like with all games give it time and it became what it is today.

look at eve online. it did not start out very well. it didnt have very good numbers, but people stuck with it and it made CCP keep investing time and money into the game and today its #'s are steadily raising and it continues to get a lot of dev love. new upcoming expansion (free like all of the other expansions that have been put in the game so far as well)

 if people stick with aion it will become a good game because NCSoft is a company that can toss lots of money and man hours at a well performing game (just like blizzard did/is doing for WoW)

I just cant wait til i get to 50 where the real fun starts (at least for me)

WoW is better for the masses yes.  Please stay and keep it going strong.

To show how awesome the WoW playerbase is at giving reviews?

Who cares if WOW is better or Aion is better??  As long as a player has fun then it's a good game.  I had no fun in WOW, so WOW is not better then Aion.  If just by saying WOW is better, and everyone should go to play WOW.  Anyone can just post and says "Warhammer is better" or "AOC is better" or "EVE online is better" or "XXXX is better"

It's better than most expected. Thats why all you are seeing is the stuff like this OP put. They can't come up with stuff to bash.

Very balanced and in depth review there, I can see you've logged many hours playing both Aion and World of Warcraft to bring is this most excellent summary.

this game is boring ,im only lvl 20 and i cancelled my sub... child game ..wow clone ...

no lag , good toon graphic but it isnt a game for me, my sister play aion and she love it but not me... i return in AoC.

Best review I have ever seen. It's short and compact and doesn't tell crap we don't have to know. I so lol'ed.  

Let me say, I always love new launches of MMO's mostly because of the reaction in all kinds of forums from haters to fanbois. There should be more MMO lanches, just to keep me entertained, good and bad ones ;)
