 I used to run 2 aacounts in Lineage II so i was excited to have a buffer and my main this time around I mean its not realyl like cheating because the chanter does mostly group bufs anyways. My problem is that my chanter  account has been disabled cause iI didnt put a boxed set serial code in but I did buy the collecters edition of Aion just wondering if I can contact NCsoft to get the problem fixed or I really have to get a official serial code,    that would suck!

Each account must have a unique serial code.

It was the exact same way in Lineage II.  Each account needs its own CD Key.  Why did you expect Aion to be different?

yes , to do it you need to exit ncsoft account wigget thing and start a new wigget thing.
