I did most of Verteron and now im left with group quests. My time is limited and I see myself looking for groups often for over 15 minutes. Are these group quests (Campaigns) mandatory or can I skip them to go to the next area and come back 6 levels later and solo it?
Ide rather just grind a few levels then sit around waiting for groups. (1 thing I hated about WoW and any MMO, waiting) =) |

I personally do not mind the grind: one thing that caught my eye was someone mentionning all armor looks being the same regardless the equipment you have on. Any truth to this?

You can Solo easily or you can group with one other and do higher level quests and grinding. However, past 2 man groups cuts the exp too much to make it worth it. |

Originally posted by xcopydave Yeah there are armours which are very close in stats and lvl requirement which will look identical, but I mean for example, you are lvl 3 and you get a new sword that looks identical to your newbie sword. Those similarities. But obviously armour changes when you compare a lvl 20 to a lvl 40, huge difference.
Aside from that you can colour your armours with dyes.....so I think that compensates for that annoyance. But there a plenty of different looking armours. |

i think you can skip most of the group content (id say thats around 20% of the quest to lvl 20) . there are some of quest for people that dont mind grinding (like myselve) the group content is pretty cool tough and youll miss some nice cutscenes and story evolvement if you wont do them if your bored, visit my blog at: |

I would go out of my way to really do everything possible including group quests where you are. Otherwise you will hit a point where you have to grind. As for your questions I think you should consider getting in a guild or grouping a ton as you advance in the game. Soloing in the Abyss is a death sentence, but you can do it. You will end up dead a great deal though. I strongly advise you do all quests in an area before advancing, and finding some friends to play with as you approach level 25. This isn't a solo friendly game to end game, but why would you want it to be? |

Actually it's fairly easy to solo. But with a group for example (Gladiator + Cleric), life is so much easier. Just saying it's easier when you group with another person, but soloing is easily possible in Aion as well till lvl 20 anyway. |

U dont need to sit and waiting, just move on and keep a eye on LFG chat tab, it might apear some nice oportunity to u make those quests.
If not, is not mandatory, just move on and back later on to solo it just to clear the campain chain, if u want :) |
