just purchased aion

and im trying to download the client, its downloading the european client.

i have downloaded a client from fileplanet and i think its the NA version will this be ok for players in europe or will i need the european version,

can anyone supply a link to the correct eu version and a fast download, the launcher thing keep stopping and starting and taking ages.

Client will work anyway just make sure the launcher is set to europe (from options then advanced) and that your account on ncsoft is european.

Man, that is just not true, the dvd I got was for the european game, I switched to north america and now it lunch in Korea..  Well it's telling me I need to download the north american version and I downloaded the european one by mistake and it does the same thing. 

I am downloading again and now I think it's the right one. I never experienced something like that before when installing a game and I am about to bust a nut over it.

Why did the dvd ebgame sold me install the european version anyway?

There is a file missing that's why the language shows in korean.

Someone posted a link with the missing file long ago I had it missing too and had the game in korean.

Thanks for the tip, was worth a shot but after downloading the file I saw it was already there. Anyway I have to go work now I will try again tonight..

Apparently, even if it's not working for me but just before leaving for work I saw that there was another folder named aion with a h1on folder in it (or a similar name I forgot) and if the new version I dowloaded don't work i'll copy/pasta the language pak in it and see if it work.

Uhhh...  I think you mean to say you're angry?  Because typically this turn of phrase implies that it's something good.  Now there's a phrase that's close which might have been what you were aiming for...

You could say the client is "busting your balls",  because that would mean that it's giving you a hard time.  Wow the puns here are just too much.  Anyways, there's your daily lesson in how to insult properly while giving references to your gentailia.
