If i delete all my characters from a server can I then go back and pick a different faction?

Yep, kill em all and you can start anew. Although it may be best to just pick a new server |

I wiped all my characters and still cannot change. In fact, I got this message even before I made my first one there BUT the time before that that I logged in I had the choice.
edit: I am now getting that message even on servers I havent made a single character on. It looks like my choice for one server is affecting all of the [West] servers. I have a look at the [East] ones and then hit back before making the faction choice but it logged me in as Elyos again so I still haven't been able to see the Asmodian characters. And, I need the one Nezekan server to let me as that is the one that will be for Oceanic players so I cannot really pick another one.
