D2D, File planet, heck you can go to gamestop.com and select a download site. But why would you want to download 10+ gigs ? get out of the house, breathe some fresh air and buy you a  copy

Gamestop has them in stock. Don't think you can find any CE's though.

Steam is most often the right way to go these days if you don't want a retail copy :)
