I got up about an hour ago here in the UK andbefore shoting off ot work (in about oooh, 2 minutes now) thought I would try and assign the in game CE items. The NCSoft launcher points you at this page to describe how to do it. The NCSoft Master Account pages was shut down yesterday due to heavy load but appears to be back up again now. So I followed the instructions but O_O there is no "Apply In-Game Items" under the Action menu! Does anyone know if this is a general glitch or should I feel victimised and get in touch with NCSoft Support this evening? |

i had the same problem....any ideas? Do all preorder keys unlock items? |

I heard a rumor in-game that CE items won't be available to assign until the game is released to the general public. |

Just to confirm, these items won't be available during headstart. Presumably, the button will appear after launch. NCSoft haven't really been publicising the fact that these items - which were promised - are now not available, so it's no wonder you didn't know. I personally think that if things which are promised to people before they BUY a game are subsequently withdrawn at the last moment, some recompense should be made by the company. I would imagine this is also the legal position - although I'm sure that'll never happen here... |

Actually there was an announcement that items wouldn't be availableat the start. I ws under the impresion however that it was CE itemsonly and pre-order items (which affect all playing atm) were going to be in so I remain confused. |

Yes items not available & cannot upgrade to CE edition either when I last tried. |

From what I understand, we can't do this till the actual release date so 22nd for US and 25th for Europe. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

@aion_ayase Yes, CE/preorder items will tomorrow morning PDT (that's in the afternoon for Europeans) be available to both NA and EU! :) Edit: That was posted 5 hours or so ago. |

The only reason I tried is because the NCLauncher has a huge banner saying "Get your Preorder items" (or words to that effect) emblazoned across it which is a biot strange of NCSoft to push given that they aren't (or at least weren't at the time of trying) available.

I applied all items on one of my characters. Trying on the second as we speak. Account site is a bit slow, probably hammered by people. |

I have recieved all my early access items from pre-ordering the game. However you wont recieve the Collectors edition/ standard edition items till tomorrow. So all we can get atm, is the Hat, exp boast thing and "Ring of the Ancient (element ie, fire/water depending on where you preordered.)
and yes you can apply the items to multiple characters i believe. I drink the Wine! |
