How can you be re-tarded if you are already tarded? |
I try to apply the code and I get, The supplied serial code is valid, but it can not be used to create a new account and it can not be applied to any accounts you already have.

Are you talking about the $10 CE upgrade from the official store? If so, I think it can only be applied after you apply your normal game key. And I think that only happens on the day of public launch, Tuesday.
The exception might be if you bought the normal game from NC as well, then the normal key might have already been applied and the CE upgrade might work before Tuesday, not sure on that though.

Well I already purchased the game, but I don't recieve it till monday, that is what gamestop said. So we will see if that is the issue.
