I was suffering from serious burnout at the end of closed beta 4, and literally couldn't stand to play after that...
I thought about selling my CE copy of Aion... but then realized that I don't know how ebay works....
So I've been stuck with the game basically....
BUT I'M NOW REALLY EXCITED ABOUT THE GAME AGAIN.... APPROX 10 HOURS BEFORE I GET TO PLAY!
I think what made me interested again was knowing that the character I made in pre-selection character creation was THE character that I was going to keep/level/play permanently. Gaining levels and gear will actually mean something now.... knowing that it won't just get wiped.

Exactly why I didn't participate in the open beta, closed beta, but I did in the Aion Korean launch. So, I haven't played Aion in that long, for almost a year, i am a bit happy to see launch, it'll be fun. |

meh, I was in the OB because I wanted it to be fixed for launch... so few ever are.... Was only able to play four to five hours, but reported a bunch of bugs, they were all fixed with the 1.5.05 patch. Nice going NCSoft. It was enough to get me to buy the CE and play retail....

It was frustrating in the betas to see the character you had leveled be wiped at the end of the beta. That won't be the case now! |

I played open and closed beta but limited my time/levels in game. I wanted everything to be relatively 'new' when I play later today. Basically I was looking forward to the opening but that was it. I woke up this morning and I have to admit I'm excited! Not so much that I won't accomplish anything for the next 5 3/4 hours but enough to make sure that at 3PM (my time..EST) I'm ready to log in.
Should be loads of fun and looking forward to seeing you all in game! |

same here just tried the start zone cb and ob were some bad moment .but everything was patched so it looks like we ll have one of the smoothest AAA mmo start in a while cross your finguers guys (and go to church while your at it )grin |
