whenever i launch the ncsoft launcher (lol) it always shows the games they have, as you know...but suddenly for me, 

there is no aion, no where on the list, not even on the uninstalled list, and i have it installed and played CB and open beta, so i decided to go look in the folder where i know it is installed....the game is there, 14 gigs of it..but no exe file anywhere...

the game has simply disappeared from the launcher with my exe file..

has anyone tried this and fixed it, or is it simply a mystery`? :)

Nothing mysterious about it, mate. It's happened to a lot of us, NCSoft are working to sort it out. You should have been able to download step 1 of the fix within the last few minutes - the second and final step is, apparently, imminent. Don't mess with your game files in the meantime, no matter what some of these internet 'experts' tell you...

Was afraid my machine had awokened and decided to terminate aion...glad to hear it will be back:)

Just FYI, there isn't a EXE file for Aion, the launcher controls that.

This happen to my buddy, He just re-installed the launcher from the Aion install folder and it fixed it.

Mind you this is from the Full Open Beta client downloaded off Fileplanet, you need to run the Setup.exe in the embedded folder.

  This Is an Issue that has happened to MANY people..

  Dont ERASE files...Just wait...AION will show soon....

When it does show..Right Click (AION) and (REPAIR)....
