I've tried both the regular and advanced search page looking in both subjects only and the entire message. I'm searching for things like "guild" which should be rather common, but is returning no results. In fact, nothing I try works.

I'm trying to figure out how to add/remove myself from guilds. Or is that only possible if you're the admin of a guild? I'm no longer a member of Legends of the Third Age since I no longer play LotRO, but I can't figure out how to remove myself from the guild listing here on the site.

Current: Ryzom, DFO
Played: WoW, CoV, SWG, EVE, LotRO, AoC, VG, CO
Tried: Lineage2, Dofus, WAR, EQ2, CoS, FE
Future: Mortal Online, Earthrise, APB

Have you tried a different web browser? They all handle scripts slightly differently, and you may have uncovered a problem.

When I tried using search it only showed em announcment list not whole forum.

 I have the same issue both with Firefox and Chrome. Search doesn't return any answers.

Very odd. It works fine for me in all the major browsers.

The OP is correct the forum search feature has been disabled for performance reasons.  We're working on getting it back online and have the site search working again.  Forum search will be back up once we get the issues ironed out with it.
