I want to see an EVE 2
They made alot of mistakes along the way. I'd like to see the slate wiped clean and everyone given the chance to start over.
I'm thinking in particular the first T2 BPO lotterys. You could rig it/exploite it so you always received one. It was posted in bug reports and even on the forums and CCP was in total denial.
Start with; I loved to see them rework secure and unsecure space. Into 4 layers High sec-->Low sec-->Fringe 0.0-->Deep Space 0.0 I'd like Fringe 0.0 to have some good roid spawns, lots of gate connections, but not allow moon mining or stations. i.e zero ability to claim space there. Deep Space has jump gate choke points, has complexes, good roid spawns, can build stations, and mine moons.
With Fringe space you make a buffer zone of wandering players who are trying to take advantage of lucrative rat spawns and roids. And there is no control except by wandering gangs. No one can claim it and no one can restrict access with choke points. As an example; If there is an alliance fight between 2 regions the large number of jump gates in the Fringe allows for some tactical maneuvering and feints. Instead of funneling everything like it is now.

There is an unofficial patch that they just updated last month and there are some sweet mods so you can add more classes and other cool shit.

Don't have a 360, but have seen plenty trailers for Shadow Complex. looks pretty good. Try SOTN if you havn't it's damn good. I think it's on the download section for the 360 to. Me:You're surrounded by darkspawn corpses, what happened here? |

How about Earth & Beyond 2 ^^ ----------------------------------------------- |
Scratch what I said, at least for now. I just heard, and I might be behind on this, but it seems Beyond Good and Evil 2 have been put on on hold. Now THAT is a game that needs to come out, regardless. Almost made me cry a little. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I wonder if you honestly even believe what you type, or if you live in a made up world of facts. |

If you fail at life, history will remove you from memory. |
freelancer, legend of dragoon as for mmo's I'd play a new EQ if it was still the old eq just like EQ RELOADED: same game, new classes, new races, new quest system, next gen graphics, same old EQ. |

Only jackasses label their PC specs in their sig. |
Dune wrapped up in an MMO done right SWG2 if done how SWG was originally developed Legend of the Dragoon - The combat system was a masterpiece always kept you in the game, never a boring battle. Not to mention an epic story. As someone already said Parasite Eve would be awesome If you followed the Shadow Hearts series, I felt number 3 was a misfit and should have never been born so a real number 3 with the original development team would be awesome Rogue Galaxy Always wanted to play the next episodes of Sin, bastards put that on hold indefinitely King's Quest with today's technology And if you guys remember, Death By Degrees the innovative combat controls were pretty fun but the camera, the loading, the cut scene engine ugh. So if they made a sequel fixing the other crap perhaps more tekken characters as well it would be worth it. Blah I'd go on and on and on, so I'll stop

Asheron's Call hands down... |
UO, AO and DAoC.
Why would I play a pathetic themepark MMO when I could enjoy a masterpiece like Mass Effect, Oblivion, Fallout 3 and Dragon Age? |
Fury, without the insane computer specs needed, and a PvE side to it. |

Shaowbane thats my wish! |

DAOC Age of wonders Master of Magic Would be the top three for me. |
Ultima Online in full 3-d. This would break wow, crush it, eat it and crap it out the next morning. |
Everquest........... |
Everquest. Guess it would be more of the third in a trilogy than a sequel ,but its what i would like to see whatever you call it. It has to be true, i have internet links. |

Asheron's Call 3 anyone? |
Ragnarok Online for online games, Diablo and Starcraft for console games (no need to mention since they are already making the sequel). ^^, |

Laugh, and the whole world... ...just looks at you like you're some kind of weirdo. |
Would definitely have to be Ultima Online, fully rendered in next gen 3-dimensional graphics, with all of the features that made it one of the great sandbox MMOs of all time (and of course a new and improved housing system.) Dark Age of Camelot would be a close second. I still have fond memories of DAoC, even if it did need a few improvments, such as a vast overhaul of its tradeskill system. I'd love to see EVE Online come out with a sequel that allowed planetary exploration and domination of planet territory, with land mounts and combat vehicles, terran mining, processing plants and refineries, base camps, headquarters, indigenous life forms both docile and hostile, some being more of a threat than fellow players, and the list goes on. This would all be inclusive of the pre-existing game mechanics already found in EVE, but give it so much more depth. |
